Knowledge & Confidence

Keys to Your Job Readiness

A Readiness Survey shows you how confident you are in your knowledge and skills, and helps you discover how to be the best at what you do.

How Does It Work?

As you can see in the example, you’ll move the sliders according to how confident you are with each answer.

In this way, you “wager” points to measure your level of confidence.

This shows your knowledge gaps & gives you a clear roadmap for further learning.

Ex. Which ingredients do you think go in a peanut butter & jelly sandwich?

  1. In this example, if A or B is the correct answer, you won’t win or lose any points.
  2. If C is correct, you’ll win 75 points.
  3. If D is correct, you’ll lose 200 points.
  4. Clicking Submit will show you the correct answer, & you’ll get a link to see more info about this topic.

Featured Survey: Hazardous Communications

In order to ensure chemical safety in the workplace, information about the identities and hazards of the chemicals must be available and understandable to workers. OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) requires the development, communication, and training on such information and how to properly use hazardous chemicals.
